Seattle
And the journey moves on up the west cost to Seattle, home of the Space Needle, Grunge Rock and fish throwing! We stayed at The Westin, which probably was the best one we stayed in on the entire trip, so took advantage of that to catch up on some much needed rest.
Oh yeah, we also saw Arcade Fire, LCD Soundsystem and Gossip at the University Of Washington Hec ED Arena, which has the worst sound ever!! It was such a shame cause there were some top quality acts but the sound killed it for them, especially Arcade Fire, which has a very big ensemble that all started to clash with each other because it was a basketball arena and not a concert venue. Well, hopefully we can catch them at a better venue next time. Dubai Media City Amphitheatre maybe:)
